Hi @PhoenixDev, thanks for messaging the Community!
Is the shared link stored on the Dropbox Business team, or the personal account?
Is it possible that you have a ban on your links? Could you try creating a new link on another file on your account to see if this is the case?
This will help me assist further!

I just started a business trial account and i dont know where the file went. it was originally a personal account.
I tried making a link to a different file and i get the message "You do not have permission", even though i created the file
It does sound like you have banned links on your account, as per the article in my previous post.
I'd recommend waiting a full 24 hours to see if the ban is released from your account.
