My computer is stuck syncing

My computer is stuck syncing. I've been in touch with support but they are very slow and more files are stacking up waiting to be synced. I have followed all the advice. Log in and out, fix permissions, fix hardlinks, etc but nothing is working. All my other devices are working without an issue but uploading files from laptop to dropbox just don't work. Just endless syncing. Can anyone help me with this? I've tried so many things but nothing works. Thanks Paul

Do you have the ticket ID from when you contacting the support team?
