I had two folders with lots of contect (university files) since 2017 and I went to check on it the other day and the link was crashed. Saying "That's not working for some reason".
I can't contact support because there's no option other than bot chat.
What can I do? It seems like my acc was deleted but I didn't do it! How can I recuperate it??
Why was it deleted? It didn't even take the 2GB of storage.
Hi @imacedor, thanks for posting!
Could you let me know exactly what error you're getting when trying to access the folder?
When you accessed your account this time, did you perhaps create a new account under the same email, or simply sign in as normal?
An account may be closed if it's inactive for a long period of time, which is around 12 months. Does it sound like this may be the case?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Could be I really don't know... I don't usually log in. I don't really remember if I had to create another account with the same e-mail, but looks like so, because I received new "welcome" messages.
That's so sad, I had so many Anatomy content there and I forgot to back it up on my HD...
Thanks for getting back to me here @imacedor.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but it does seem that the account may have been closed for being inactive if you received the welcoming messages when signing in.
There's not much I could suggest here in terms of restoring your data, as when an account is closed the files are not recoverable.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I'd be happy to help out where I can.
