My desktop app doesn't sync anymore

Hi, since I updated dropbox this morning, I can no longer share files to my PC, anybody facing the same problem ?

Hello @Balqis Izham, I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you. 


I'll just need a bit more info to make sure that we're on the same page. For example:

  • What does the Dropbox icon (that's next to your computer's clock) show when you hover over it? 
  • If you don't see it, could you try relaunching the desktop app from your applications menu? 
  • When you mention that you updated the desktop app, do you mean that you ran its latest stable version?

Any additional details and screenshots illustrating your concern would be very helpful. Cheers!
