My files are being deleted

My files are being deleted

New member | Level 2

Unfortunately I only have Dropbox Basic and are not worthy of any support regard this recent version/s of dropbox

Given my problems (docs deing deleted) and lack of support this seem the only way to make a complaint

Hi @Drew Whitford, thanks for joining the Community.

 

I understand your concern and frustration over the matter of the deleted files.

 

Are you able to recover them from the deleted files page online, provided they were deleted within the last 30 days?

 

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
