My files are deleted, can I recover them?

Hello!! Dropbox deleted my folder with many pictures!!! And I can't recover them. 
I want them back!! It's ilegal to do that.

Hi @Nahue89, thanks for contacting us!

 

I understand your concern over this matter. In general, Dropbox doesn't delete your files from your account without any user action on them.

 

Could you check the events page, to see if they have been moved elsewhere?

 

The deleted files page would also help to recover them if they were deleted within the last 30 days.
