My files aren't updating on my machine

I use dropbox to work on files I use for work at home.  I have been doing so without issue, but all of the sudden two weeks ago, anything that I work on at my job will not update to my dropbox account.  My home computer, phone, and Ipad, cannot see any of the work I have done on these files since then.  It just stopped updating.  I reset my computer, reset my devices, reset the app, and can't get to the updated files. Please help.

Hi @mharmon, thanks for contacting us!

Could you clarify what you mean by resetting the app? Could you try installing it from this link to see if this repairs the syncing?

What are you seeing in the system tray/menu bar on the app when you hover over it? Does it say syncing, or up to date?
