My files were deleted and the can't be recovered

I have been a Dropbox client for about 5 years I suffered a cyber attack on my information They deleted it and they can not recover the information what kind of backups they have that does not work or works is a meaningless service they do not protect your information look for other options do not give you da the support they offered you

I'm sorry to hear about your files on your account. It sounds like you were a victim of ransomware, and if the files can't be restored, it's possible they were permanently deleted from the Dropbox site.

 

If this is the case, then it could mean that someone else has access to your account and permanently deleted the files from the site.

 

I can see that your support ticket is with a specialist team, so they'll be able to look into this matter in more detail from there on.
