My images don't load on mobile when I visit my website that uses dropbox direct photo links. The desktop site works fine.

I have a similar problem when trying to download files with links (https: //dl.dropbox.com/s / ...)

My app can't download these files on iOS but on Android it works.

@Lusil , will DB fix this in general or do each and every user have to create a ticket? If ticketing, how do I make one?

I have also made a simple html page, that works fine on anything but IOS:

http://b-rasmussen.dk/dbtest.html

HTML code:

<html>
    <body>
        <img src="https://www.dropbox.com/s/h04pl5db0b7t8eu/Rosetta_HSO_RGB_s.jpg?raw=1">
    </body>
</html>

I think I am having the same issue. Trying to open a dropbox link on my laptop using google chrome is not working. I can open it on my phone and then save it to my dropbox, then go on my laptop and download the file as a workaround. Really annoying though. It was working perfectly fine a couple days ago. Oh and trying to log onto dropbox in a web browser using chrome also just comes up as a blank page.

Do you use the DuckDuckGo extension? If so, could you try these steps that other users have noticed to see if this helps?

Could you try disabling any extensions you have running in Safari?

Do other browsers aside from Edge work? What device are you using Safari on, and what OS?

Hi Jay,
I haven't installed any extensions. All other people on the forum that use Dropbox for image sharing have the same problem when using Safari, whether it is on iPhone or iMac or other.
Google chrome, internet explorer, firefox all have no issues according to the other users.
I am running iOs 14.4 on my iPhone.

Best regards
Erik
