Hi @Chancellor1996, I'm sorry to hear about this.

The first place to check would be the deleted files page. If they were deleted within 30 days (this varies according to your subscription), then you can recover them.

If you don't see any files there, check if they were in a shared folder, and to add that folder back from here.

Lastly, if there are no files in either location, could you check that you're logged into the correct account which had your images?

Make sure to look carefully for typos in any of these places:

  1. On your computer, click on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray. Click on the ellipsis in the Notifications panel. Click on Preferences, then click on Account.
  2. On iOS, open your Dropbox app and tap on "Account". On Android, open your Dropbox app, tap on the Menu button, and then tap on "Settings".
  3. On the Dropbox website, click on your avatar or the face in the top right corner.
