My Dropbox Basic storage is full and won’t be syncing files to my other devices.

I am going to delete some files and folders from the Dropbox Basic account until the ultimate storage is well below 2GB. By doing so, please advise whether the Dropbox system will resume syncing files to my other devices or not.

Yes, it should resume syncing once you're back below your storage quota.
