My video doesn't preview right after downloading it

Everytime I go to download a certain video that someone uploaded to my dropbox it becomes choppy. When I play the video on dropbox it is is clear but when I download it, the speaking and the video become not aligned and choppy. How do I fix this?

Hey @rhar, let's see what we can do on this. 

 

Have you tried downloading the file from a different browser or via an incognito window?

 

How about previewing it from another third party app locally?
