Hello. I recently changed my mobile and backup my data in phone like whatsapp. When I installed in new mobile and press backup me data. the data ins not backed up. I make my account new. And there is only one option of dropbox. If I want to backup me data. Can I get back my data? If I up;oad all my data on dropbox. Can I get my data on my new whatsapp?
Dropbox itself has never had that as a feature @ellmacrow , so, at a guess on your old phone you were using a thirdparty tool to do it - if you still have the phone have a look to see what software that was 🙂

I didn't apply your method. Please guide me for once. you said that. I need to use third-party tool. Which tool give my data back?
