Need to upgrade space just to access?

Need to upgrade space just to access?

For our school organization, I need access to a folder that was sent to me so that I can upload pix to our website. They are not my pictures, nor do I want access to them other than to upload to the website. It says I don't have enough space to access the folder. Do I have to upgrade just to use the pictures for our website?

Hey @KDreyer, thanks for reaching out to our Community!

Indeed, shared folders take up space in your account, so to add a folder to your account, you'd need enough space to accommodate it.

You can read more about that here.

If you need to upload files to someone's folder without affecting your own space, they can send you a file request.

Let me know if you have any questions.
