No Access to drobbox files via Total Commander & TotalDrip

No Access to drobbox files via Total Commander & TotalDrip

For four days I get no access to the content of my files using Total Commander and the plugin TotalDrip on my Android 11 phone. In Total Commander App I see all folders and files, but it is impossible to open or copy any file. Using the Browser everything is fine. I use no VPN or firewall. I also checked different Networks (WLAN, mobile).
Has anythings changed? Is the access by Android app Total Commander not ans longer supported?
Best regards
Ralf

After updating to TotalDrip -Plugin for Total Commander to actual Version 1.10 up- and download works fine again AS usual.

Hey @RalfSch, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It sounds like there's an issue with the 3rd party apps and plugins you're using on your Android device.  Have you reached out to them directly for further assistance?

Apart from that, is the mobile app and the website working normally for you?

Have you also made sure that your device and the apps you're using are completely up to date?

Keep us posted, Ralf.

Hi @Walter,
the Website is working normally, the Dropbox-App for Android I don't use.
The same behavior I find using ES file explorer. After copying a file from dropbox to internal filesystem the file is empty.
Device and apps are up to date

Hi @RalfSch, are you referring to exporting files from your Dropbox account to an internal location on your device, or some other method of accessing the data?

I'd recommend getting in contact with the developers of the Total Commander app since it appears to no longer be working on your device.

They would have more specialist advice on how to resolve this matter.

Reason: dropbox had deactivated TLS 1.0 and 1.1. That's why file up- and download hadn't work. Mord transparancy would habe Bern desirerable!!!
