No Photo Thumbnails

No Photo Thumbnails

Listen, I've seen your replies to people, asking what versions they have and whatnot. Please. How do we see thumbnails? What ae the troubleshooting steps? I have a 2 TB Mac but I still don't want to have to download every single image to be able to see it, whether it's online or not. If this is a fix that needs fixing, FIX IT.

Dropbox isn't free. Help.

Hi @Patricia N., thanks for posting today!

It sounds like you're referring to thumbnails not appearing on your machine when you have an account with Smart Sync.

Do you have the files marked as online-only, and is it only those files that do no contain thumbnails?

This will help me to assist further!

I’m good. I’ll figure it out.

I'm having this problem on a Windows 10 Surface Pro with "Smart Sync" folders of photos, so I've changed them to Local, which seems to have solved my problem, but the issue with Smart Sync definitely exists. I can't see what the photos are without opening each one, which kind of defeats the purpose of "Smart Sync".
