Hi there,


Since a few days I cannot upload or download any document to/from my Dropbox account. I still have free storage space so I don't understand why it is not working. There is always a general error message that it failed.

Hi there @Marcello23, let's see what we can find on this together. 


I'll just need a bit more info, to make sure that we're on the same page. For example:

  • Where are you trying to upload or download from? Is it the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
  • Do you get his behavior with any file, regardless of the type or size? 
  • Could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message?
