No audio on .MOV video once downloaded from Dropbox storage onto Mac.

The audio doesn't work in preview or in Final Cut Pro. The audio is fine when previewing on Dropbox storage. So it's there somewhere. Any advice gratefully received.

Do you possibly have another media player app on your computer that you could try and play the file from?

This will help to narrow down if the cause is due to the downloaded file, or perhaps the codec/format of the file itself.

Otherwise, can you try downloading the file through an incognito browsing window, or another web browser to see if there's any difference there?
