No authorization to syncronize

New member | Level 2

I used dropbox from years...some days ago the Desktop App doesn't open and tell me NO AUTHORIZATHION TO SYNCRONIZE!

what should I do?

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you confirm for me where you're getting this error? For example, is it from the desktop app?

 

Also, please send along a screenshot of the error, as the visual is always helpful.
