No files are showing in my account, how can I recover them?

New member | Level 2

I have been getting emails saying my DB storage is full.  I have not used the account in a while (possibly 12 months).

When i log in there are no files showing.  When i try to recover them there are, apparently, no files to recover.

Can anyone suggest why there is a contradiction please.

Can anyone suggest how I can recover the files.

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you've created a new account. If your previous account had been idle for more than a year, it would have been deleted along with all content due to inactivity. Once that happens, there's no way to recover the account or the files it contained.
