No rewind Button on Dropbox

In the begining I was a free user, then my boss sent me a link to add dropbox work account onto my computer.  I choose to give up my free account and my free account was turned into the work account and my storage was upgraded from my personal space (7GB) to (5TB).  My dropbox account took, my files moved them into a seperate folder, which only I have access too. However I cannot rewind my destoryed data files.  My boss (admin account) cannot either.  Any help?

Hello there @ecornell2, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Just to clarify, you're trying to rewind the files within your personal folder, correct?

Also, you should be seeing the "Rewind" option from the right hand side of the web page when inside the folder you want to rewind.

If you don't see the option there, could you send over a screenshot of the options that you do see?
