Not able to add shared folder (space is not a problem)

New member | Level 2

Hi guys,

I struggle with shared folders. I use the basic account. I received an invitation to a folder and got access as an editor. Through a link, I can access the folder in the web browser (using Chrome), see the files (Dropbox paper mainly) and edit them online. However, I'm not able to add the folder to my dropbox account. I do not see it int he shared folders. And I cannot create a new file in that folder. Other people that share that file have no problem with that. I checked if I have enough space and that is not the problem. It is very annoying, never had that problem before. Please help!

Hey there @zaceva, thanks for posting!

If you navigate to your "All files" page online, do you see the folder in your account from there at all?

Also, can you clarify for me if the folder also contains file types other than Paper docs? From what you mentioned, it sounds like this is the case.

Let me know and we can go from there!
