Not able to open files on my PC

Explorer | Level 3

I'm not able to open files that have been put on my PC that is syncronized to dropbox.

Everytime I try to open them I get the below errors - I have waited days, restarted my computer, logged out of dropbox and back in.  Please help!

Looks like a problem with your Photos apps; not Dropbox. Are you able to open the Photos app directly off your Start menu, without first trying to open a photo? Do you get the same message? Have you checked the Updates section in the Microsoft Store to see if the app is actually updating?

Thanks.  I opened the Photo App from the start menu and it opened just fine.  Then I went back to the folder having problems and everythings works now.

Not sure what the issue was, but that did it.

Thank you!
