Not able to open files

Not able to open files

New member | Level 2

I am not able to open any files. I get a sad face up in the left corner of the screen.

I tried logging out and logging back in. 

I am on my mac lap top.

I have never had this issue before.

Hello @jpottsie 

 

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the Dropbox App? Also, have you made sure that you are using the most recent version of Dropbox (101.4.434)? If not please update the Dropbox App. Also have you made sure your MAC Laptop is up to date? If not please update your MAC as well. Also, are you receving any type of error message and can you please send a screenshot of the issue? I hope this helps!
