Not all images & video uploaded (android)

My hp contain 4 gb of images & video that i am using dropbox to move to my desktop. As my dropbox has limited capacity, i moved the photo (upload is auto) by batches...ie every time it hit the limit, i move it out from dropbox to my computer folders. However, after completing the transfer i notice that the numbers didnt tally - quite a number of the video files were missing. How can I upload the missing files?

Hey @gwm303, I’d happily have a second look with you & further advise!

Before diving into specifics, let me trace back your description, so as to make sure we’re on the same page.

It’s my understanding that you’ve enabled Camera Uploads on your HP phone & once your photos/videos are synced, you store them elsewhere on your pc, am I on the right track here?

If I haven’t missed anything, then I’d like to see the following regarding your missing videos:

  • Where have you stored the videos on your phone? I’m asking, since Camera Uploads should populate with all photos and videos from the "Camera" and "Screenshots" albums on your device.
  • What’s the format & size of the videos?
  • Have you by any chance checked the original date? I’m wondering whether these haven’t been queued to upload just yet.
  • As an alternative, you can always manually upload them.
Please let me know of your findings at your earliest convenience & we’ll take it from there!
