Not enough space for a file request

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

Just recieved information from someone that they are unable to add files into a shared folder through a file request that I sent to them. The error states that my account does not have enough space. The error specifically names my account as the one without space. The file size they are attempting to upload is 169 MB's. I have 1.6GB of space available. Any FAQ I come across just tells me to check my space and make sure I have enough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If Dropbox is saying there's not enough space, either you don't have as much available as you think, or what they're uploading is larger than what you have available.

I'd ask them to verify the size of the files being uploaded.
