Not receiving notification emails when I am getting tagged....please help!

I am not receiving email notifications when someone tags me in a comment. I am receiving all other notifcations like file sharing email notifications. but not when someone comments and tags me. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just to clarify, are you referring to comments and mentions in Paper docs, or for any file in your account?

If you check your notification settings here, do you have the appropriate choices checked?
