Notifiche non funzionano

Le impostazioni di notifica sono tutte attive, ma non ricevo le notifiche quando vengono modificati o creati file nelle mie cartelle condivise, da un mese circa. Come posso risolvere?

I'm assuming you are referring to notifications send by our desktop app and not email ones; correct? 

Could you let me know if the app in your system tray/menu bar reports to be 'up to date' or still syncing?

Presumo che ti riferisci alle notifiche inviate dalla nostra app desktop e non a quelle e-mail; corretta?

Potresti farmi sapere se l'app nella barra delle applicazioni / barra dei menu segnala di essere "aggiornata" o ancora sincronizzata?
