Does this happen on other browsers as well?

What about through an incognito window?

Hi @Trillman88, let's see what we can find.

You mention that you click on the three dots to open the file.

Does the file not preview when you click on it directly?

A screenshot of the error message would also be very helpful.

Thanks!

Why does that make a difference?

There might be an issue with your browser's cache or a specific browser extension @Trillman88.
