Quick question. Since upgrading to 2T, I notice when i open folders some of the subFolders and files are missing the green arrow indicating up to date (even folders that have been synched for days). If i refresh the window (F5) the folders and files seem to now show the green arrows properly. see attached example of this error

It seems that your screenshot didn't make it here, would you mind sending this along so that I can have a look at this?
If you're not able to add it to your post with the "Photos" button along the top of the reply box, you can send a shared link to the file instead.
Also, can you let me know what the sync status of the desktop app shows when you see this behaviour?

synch indicator in the icon tray shows upto date:

It looks like you might be missing a few of the overlay icons to correctly display your sync icons.
Can you check out my post here and let me know if that does the trick?
