New member | Level 2
hi there, i havent used dropbox for a while
i just logged in and see that 80% of my files are still there, but only 1 folder is totally empty now.
i only use the webversion.
i looked into the deleted items folder but my files are not there
where have they gone? i did not remove them myself
but most important; how do i get them back?

Re: Files empty

Dropboxer

Hi @ivoht, thanks for posting today!

If the folder isn’t appearing in the deleted files page, then this means that either the files within were deleted outside of your recovery period (which is at minimum 30 days, depending on your plan), or they were permanently deleted, or they could have been in a shared folder you no longer have access to.

Could you check the different options above and let me know how it goes!
