Only some previews show up

Only some previews show up

Explorer | Level 3

I uploaded a bunch of .TIF files (14 of them) and while 11 of them you can see the thumbnails fine, 3 of them show no thumbnails and when I click on them it says .TIF files are supported but something went wrong. As of now I can download them, but too afraid I might not be able to later as I've heard of people having issues so keeping a copy on my computer which right now is counterproductive (I'm scanning my families negatives into TIF files and uploading to DB as I go as they take up space. The files that don't show up are 3 scans of slides of my mum's 21st birthday c.40 years ago

How do I fix this?

Hey @li123, let's see what we can do here!

As a first step, can you clarify if you're using our website or the Dropbox desktop application to preview the content?

A screenshot of the message you see on your end would be great. (Just make sure none of your personal info is shown there)

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
