The video(*.mp4) saved in Dropbox is slightly over 1 hour. However, only the initial video fragment (15 min) is shared.

It is true for both the shared file and the shared link.

What could be the problem?

That is intended. When the owner of the file is a Dropbox Basic user, only the first 15 minutes will stream on the Dropxbo website or mobile apps (60 minutes for Plus and Professional users). To view the full file, the recipient needs to save the file to their own Dropbox account, or download and played it locally on their computer.

There are limits to how long a file can be streamed from the Dropbox website or mobile app, based on the account of the file owner. If you're streaming a file from someone with a Basic account, you can stream the first 15 minutes of the file. For Plus, Family and Professional accounts that limit is increased to 60 minutes. And for Business accounts, you can stream the first 4 hours.
