Recently I received the following message when I tried to open an Excel document that is in my Dropbox. Up until this week I have always been able to do so. Why, all of a sudden I can't open the Excel document now?

Message:

Couldn’t open Office for the web on this browser

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or another browser as the message suggests?

Keep me posted!
