Opening with Word Online

Hello.

i am trying to open a dropbox online word doc in safari via (open in word online) and online word keeps trying to load but gets stuck on a loop of not opening. 

I have:

• Cleared cache
• tried in a priviate window
• and it works in another browers (Edge). 

I am using Safari Version 14.0.1 and running MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1

Any help? Please

I'm not sure if this would improve matters, but have you enabled cookies on your Safari browser? 

If you did and sill get the same results, could you send me a screenshot of how it looks like on your end?

PS: In the meantime, you can use another browser as you noticed the open button works fine there.
