Outlook Emails - save into a dropbox folder to share

Sometimes we want to share a batch of emails with large attachments with an external party.

I've noticed that even if I copy and paste a selection of Outlook emails into a folder and then copy the link to the folder to share with an external party, sometimes a selection of the Outlook emails/items won't open at all.  Some will open and others won't. What am I doing wrong?

Hey there @LisaB1, let's see what we can find on this. 

Out of curiosity, when you mention that you copy-paste the emails, are you referring to the attachments by any chance?

Also, are you getting any specific error messages when some of the items don't open?
