PC File Explorer and PC App not syncing

PC File Explorer and PC App not syncing

Hello.

I’ve been a Dropbox user for many years and I’m very happy with the product.

But today I scanned and uploaded two documents to my account from my cell phone app but they never showed – sort of. (I’ve done this many time before without issues).  The two single page documents did appear on my cell phone app and on the Firefox browser via dropbox.com.  But they did not appear on the PC app nor in File Explorer. Both documents were sent to the root Dropbox folder (not a sub-folder). Never had this problem before

Hi @Herman179, thanks for joining the Community!

 

Just to check, could you confirm that the Dropbox desktop application is signed into the same account as the one on the mobile app and website?

 

Is the desktop app showing as up-to-date or syncing? 

 

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
