Hi,
At our company we use drop box to fill in a pdf fillabe forms, and it's been a while doing that, now most of the employees cannot save the files even if they opened them from the computer it is not saving, is there anyway to solve that.
Thank you
Hey @omararab999, let's see what we can find.
What exactly happens when they try to save the files?
Are they trying to upload them to a shared folder or save existing copies in their accounts?
If they get any error messages, please send me a screenshot of them so that I have a better visual of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi Lusil,
Usually it opens the pdf by adoce acrobat, so when they close the pdf after filling it, it saves automaticly. but now it is not saving at all, it just close and there is no save button
thank you
Could they check if they are running the latest versions of the apps in question?

Do the users get the option to save manually by any chance?
If so, does it create a copy?

No they can't save it manually
Just to make sure that we cover as much ground as possible, could you clarify if you've sent this form to other users using a shared folder or a shared link?
Are the filling it out through the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?

Since you're editing the files through the mobile app, do you notice this across both Android and iOS devices?
Also, once you have finished editing the file, does it appear to save in the Adobe app, but not back to Dropbox, when you initially open the file through the Dropbox app?
So, for example, you would:
