PDF won't open

PDF won't open

New member | Level 2

PDF won't open in dropbox. I get a message to download Adobe though I have the program installed and other PDFs in the folder open just fine. The folder must be kept to prevent downloads of files for security purposes, so that is not an option. Any ideas or help?

Hi @flammeart, thanks for taking the time to message us!

Could you forward a screenshot of exactly what message you're getting when trying to open this PDF file on your machine?

This will help me assist further!

After some research, this is a PDF restriction by Adobe, and is expected behavior from their end.

This post from their community forums should help explain it better.
