Is it me or are h1 headers no longer collapsable?

If we view the PAPER doc in Chrome with Incognito mode we can see the collapsable arrow. Firefox on the other hand no longer shows the feature on any of our docs, even after cache has been cleared.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the collapsible headers in Firefox. The collapsible header functionality only works on Chrome, Safari, and other non-Firefox browsers.
Our engineers have looked into the feature compatibility, but, with the way in which the browser works, this feature does not work in Firefox without the risk of data loss.
