Paper: Visible text between two collapsed H2 headers

Paper: Visible text between two collapsed H2 headers

Explorer | Level 4

Hello,

I want to know if it's possible to have a line of text or a note appear between two collapsed (closed) H2 headers.
As soon as I create a H2 it seems impossible to have anything sitting below it without it getting put inside the H2...
I want to have a simple line of text sitting outside the previous H2

I've added a photoshopped example of what I mean:example.png

Hi @xlifes, thanks for messaging today!

Currently, this isn't possible, since anything under a header, until it meets a similar or higher header (i.e. H1 or H2) is considered part of that section.

A workaround would be to make a new header with the text you want in there. The header typecould be the same as the one before (i.e. H2), or if it was H2, it could be an H1 header, which would separate the sections and can even be collapsed to hide the section entirely.

If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future!
