Partners Can't Upload to Shared Folders

Partners Can't Upload to Shared Folders

One partner last week said that he was uploading files to two separate shared folders but there wasn't anything (and still isn't) in either of those folders.

Earlier today a different partner said that he was unable to upload any files to the folders that I had shared with him. 

 

I'm assuming the same issue is happening with both partners and the first was mistaken when he thought he had uploaded the files he said he did.

 

We are able to upload files to the folders in question from the main account, but outside partners don't seem to be able to upload anything to us.

Are you in a Dropbox Business team, and the other members in another Dropbox Business team?

 

Are the files visible on the Dropbox site when they attempt to view it, or upload there?

 

This will help me assist further!
