Ad esempio, quale azione hai intrapreso prima che ciò accadesse? Ti riferisci all'installazione dell'app desktop su un computer condiviso?

I'm not sure that I understand 100% the issue that you're having here. Could you provide me some more info on what happened and what you would like to do?

For example, what action did you take before this happened? Are you referring to installing the desktop app on a shared computer?
