People I share with cant view videos
Could you clarify exactly what they're experiencing on their end?
Are they trying to preview the file on the Dropbox site? Are you sharing the files directly to their Dropbox accounts, or as a shared link?

Its a standard test to see if there is an issue with Dropbox or the browser as its very possible they have something installed which is causing things to not work (an extension maybe)
