Person who I shared a folder with cannot move folders inside it

Hello,

I have a folder with subfolders inside it that I have a couple other people working on with me. One of the people who I shared the main folder with cannot see the file options to move files and folders inside it. We have done this with no problems before. What might be the problem?

Hello there @Wadefox, let's see what we can do here.

What happens when they try to add files to the shared folder?

If they get any error messages, send me a screenshot of it.

Also, could you ask them to check if they have enough storage to upload new content to their account by going to their Plan tab online?

Give me a nudge whenever you have they have a moment to check this out. Thanks!

He says that he cannot see the file option ellipsis. He is on the basic plan, but we have done this before and it worked.

Try launching the app again. If this doesn't work  re-download the Dropbox desktop app and sign in to your Dropbox account when prompted.
