Personal Account X Business Account

Hello Comunnity,

My name is Rafael and i'm from Brazil, i use to have an personal account from dropbox since 2013 where i had all my life on, in 2018 i joined a company and transformed my personal account to a business one. On march of this year the company i was working closed and fired me due COVID and that we had been severely affected by all that was happening.

I had not been in great shape since that and even started taking some medication. 

I lost all my files, i still have acess to my account but since they not paid anymore i dont know what to do.

I know its been a while but i wasnt ready to deal with all that.

What can i do?

Unfortunately the only people who can help are the company you used to work for. However, it is unlikely (I'm afraid) that the data is still recoverable after so long. 

You need to ask them to see if they can restore the personal files from your business account back to you. Dropbox cannot do it for you.
