Photo removal out of drop box to macbook

I am trying to take photos out of drop box and put on my macbook directly into photos so I can print etc. I feel like you are holding me hostage. I can't unzip folder, now it says I am over my limit for basic (because I probably have copies of all the photos cuz I can't figure out how to get them out of dropbox). I definitely do not want to upgrade. I just want photos of my mom's funeral please.

Hi there @lpgathomem, thanks for reaching out to us and my condolences for your loss. 

When you download a folder from the Dropbox website, your browser will download it as a single compressed file. 

From there, you should be able to decompress it using your native unzip tools. 

Are you getting any error messages when you try to unzip it?

Thanks, it finally opened in docs in full size (I could only get thumbnails for while there). Appreciate you.

Now, how do I clean up all the copies I think I made trying to download? My dropbox is full and I could delete all those plus some other items.
