Photo upload just re-uploaded 1300 photos as .jpg, when they'd already been uploaded as .heic?

Photo upload just re-uploaded 1300 photos as .jpg, when they'd already been uploaded as .heic?

This happening to anyone else?

 

I'm on MacOS BigSur

Drop box app V122.4.4867

@WalterThanks!

That was it. The "Transfer to MAC or PC" setting was automatic.

That must've come with a recent update, because I didn't change that setting myself.

Hi @bdbaddog, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!

I'm assuming that you're using our automatic camera uploads feature - please correct me if I'm wrong though. 

In that case, can you let me know what's your setting when it comes to your preferred file format as outlined here?
