Place the transfer somewhere more obvious

The "Transfer" service is great. Why don't you make it more accessible and visible? I discovered it by accident, but it deserves more visibility.

Do you have a specific location you'd suggest Dropbox Transfer be placed? 

Are there any other features you'd like to see be more visible on the website?

I think it would be handy next to the Paper icon, in the Dropbox popup window.

Ideally, it would be possible to customize this taskbar. I for example often use Transfer, but never use Paper.
