Printing the message to member when file first shared

Just to clarify, are you wanting to print the message that you can add in Dropbox when choosing to share a file or folder? Or are you perhaps referring to a different message here?
If it's the message you can add through Dropbox when sharing then I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible to do this. Only the email sent to the member you shared with will have a record of the message added there.
